Welcome to Lathrop Street Homepage

Welcome to the Lathrop Street Elementary school website! We are one of the two elementary schools in the Montrose Area School District, located in the scenic endless mountains region. Lathrop Street has 545 kindergarten through 6th grade students.

The dedicated teachers and staff of Lathrop Street empower all students to reach their full potential and become life-long learners. Students are given a quality education in a safe, nurturing environment. We have high expectations and challenge our students to achieve in a program rich in technology and innovation.

Lathrop Street Elementary has been asked to collect 500 cans of vegetables. These items WILL be included in the Easter baskets for individuals, families, elderly and housebound.

American Cancer Society-Daffodil Days

Daffodil orders must be returned to your homeroom teachers no later than Friday, February 19th. The daffodils will be delivered Tuesday, March 16th.
